The Free profile is free. Per year, Bronze costs CHF 99, Silver CHF 299 and Gold CHF 499 (excl. VAT), per month CHF 9, 29, and 49. There is no fee per booking or request.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled for the end of any month, yearly subscriptions for the end of the term. Your plan continues until the end of the paid period. After that, everything not included in Free is hidden, such as contact details, recognitions and photos; nothing is deleted. Your basic profile stays visible.
Under “Claim your profile”, search for your name or practice. If the profile has an e-mail address, you confirm with a code and can start straight away. Otherwise our team checks your documents within 1–2 working days. If you can’t find a profile, create a new one; it stays hidden until you publish it.
No. Therascout replaces neither your practice software nor your invoicing. With Gold, your appointments reach Google, Outlook, Apple or another calendar through a calendar subscription, and busy times from your calendar are not offered to patients.
The order depends first on how well a profile matches the search and on distance. Paid packages get a small boost (Gold the most, then Silver, then Bronze), worth at most about 5 km of distance and labelled “Highlighted”. In addition, searches by complaint, the assistant and the insurer filter only show practices on Silver or Gold; the filters “Taking new patients” and “Online sessions” only practices on Gold.
With Gold, you set your booking hours per location. Patients book a free slot directly or send a request that you confirm; they receive the confirmation by e-mail. For video appointments, you add your Zoom, Teams or Meet link. Absences and public holidays block your times automatically.
Only your public profile. What appears in it depends on your package; you can check it at any time in the preview. Never public: your documents such as diplomas and register confirmations, your statistics and revenue, your notes on appointments and your billing details.
