The Free profile costs nothing. Bronze, Silver and Gold are paid subscriptions with a monthly or yearly term; the prices that apply are those shown at sign-up plus VAT. There is no fee per booking. Silver and Gold include a fixed number of methods and complaints (see the pricing page); further ones can be booked as add-ons. Add-ons are billed together with the package for the same term, can be changed at any time and are prorated when changed during a term. Methods and complaints beyond the booked number stay stored but are not shown. Discounts from partner codes apply to the package, not to add-ons.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen term and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of that term: monthly subscriptions at the end of the month, yearly subscriptions at the end of the subscription year. If you change package during the term, charges are prorated. After switching to Free, extra features are hidden, not deleted.
Search results are ordered by how well they match the search and by distance. Paid packages get a small boost (Gold the most, then Silver, then Bronze) and are labelled “Highlighted”. Certain features belong to a package: searches by complaint, the assistant and the health insurer filter only show profiles on Silver or Gold; the “Taking new patients” and “Online sessions” filters only show profiles on Gold.
