How is the order decided?
What counts first is how well a profile matches your search: complaint, method, place and your filters. Practices on a paid package also get a small boost (Gold the most, then Silver, then Bronze). Where that boost moved a profile up the list, it carries the label “Highlighted”. The boost is smaller than any match on the method or complaint you searched for and is worth at most about 5 km of distance. Some features belong to a package: searches by complaint, the assistant and the insurer filter only show practices on Silver or Gold; the filters “Taking new patients”, “Online sessions”, “Book online instantly”, “Appointments this week” and “Evenings / weekends” only show practices on Gold. We point this out in the results.
