How it works
Methods
Each method makes you findable in the search for that method, for example under “Acupuncture”. Only list methods you are trained in.
Complaints
Each complaint brings you onto the matching complaint page, for example “Back pain”. Choose the complaints you are particularly experienced in.
Billing
Extra methods and complaints are billed yearly together with your package and can be changed at any time.

What does Therascout cost?
The Free profile stays free, with no fee per booking. Bronze (CHF 9/month) makes you reachable, Silver (CHF 29) comparable with complaints, reviews and statistics, Gold (CHF 49) bookable with calendar and instant booking. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month, yearly plans at the end of the term.
How does my package affect my ranking?
The order depends first on how well a profile matches the search and on distance. Paid packages get a small boost (Gold the most, then Silver, then Bronze), worth at most about 5 km of distance and labelled “Highlighted”. In addition, searches by complaint, the assistant and the insurer filter only show practices on Silver or Gold; the filters “Taking new patients” and “Online sessions” only practices on Gold.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan continues until the end of the paid period. After that, everything not included in Free is hidden, such as contact details, recognitions and photos; nothing is deleted. Your basic profile stays visible.
